Romania’s Recovery Programme Faces EUR 8 Billion Funding Milestone

On 2 November 2026, Romania’s Fiscal Council highlighted the importance of implementing the national Recovery and Resilience Plan. The country expects EUR 8 billion in further disbursements, comprising EUR 6.5 billion in grants and EUR 1.5 billion in loans.
