Albania’s Crude-Oil Award Includes a €6.14 Million Financial Guarantee

Reports published on 22 October said the consortium selected for Albpetrol’s crude-oil sale must provide a financial guarantee of approximately €6.14 million, equivalent to 10% of the estimated contract value. The sale covers approximately 101,400 tonnes, with the final price linked to the Brent benchmark rather than a fixed published total.
